To register a child with St. Anthony's Early Childhood Center you may come in to the
office and request the necessary forms or you can download them here, print them and then
return them to the office.
To view and print the downloaded files you must have a PDF document reader
installed. If you do not have one you can download a free version from Adobe by clicking the

School-Year Registration:
